• Birth Doula Support

As your birth doula, my support starts with meeting you where you’re at. Whether you’re a first-time parent wary of labor and unsure of your options or a seasoned parent looking for a different birth experience, you deserve support. As you and your partner (if applicable) prepare for labor, I will help you understand your options through evidence-based information, answer your questions and help you make a plan for birth and postpartum.

Through labor, birth and early postpartum, I will provide comfort, advocacy, and encouragement to you and your partner.

Whether that be de-briefing your birth experience, breastfeeding and recovery support or simply holding your baby while you take a shower, I can provide the resources, expertise, and care you need to thrive during this important time. Postpartum doula support is for anyone adding a new baby to their family— whether it’s the first or the sixth!
